By using the services of Magic Touch Cleaners, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide professional dry cleaning, laundry, and related garment care services, including free pickup and delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item we determine cannot be safely or effectively cleaned.
We take great care in handling your garments, but we are not responsible for items left in pockets or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile fabrics, or items not properly labeled for cleaning. Please inspect all pockets before drop-off or pickup.
Our liability for any damaged or lost item is limited to a reasonable replacement value based on the condition and age of the garment. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
